This is a medium tempo swinger.  It is very easy to read, and pretty easy to pull together quickly.  I modeled it after an early Thad Jones chart "Can't We be Friends."  
 
The lead tenor saxophonist solos on this one.  It is very important to think horizontally, rather than vertically when playing through this progression!
